Hôtel Eliseo

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eliseo in Our Lady of Lourdes, and I am delighted to give this hotel a glowing five-star review! My experience was exceptional thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure my visit was joyful and comfortable. A special thank you to Andrew at the reception, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for my stay, and to the friendly and kind Severin at the reception, whose attention to detail was remarkable. Brigitte at reception was a true gem—always welcoming, kind, and ready to assist with a smile. Frederick provided outstanding service at the bar, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Tiziana at the restaurant made dining a delight with her exceptional hospitality, and Kristina, who was housekeeping, ensured my room was spotless and cosy throughout my stay. Each of these outstanding individuals added a personal touch that made my visit unforgettable. Their dedication to excellence and genuine guest care sets Hotel Eliseo apart. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return! Thank you all for making my time in Lourdes so special.

This hotel and its facilities were extremely comfortable. The cleanliness was also of high standard and the best thing about it was the air conditioned rooms and hallways which were a constant relief when coming in from the summer heat outside. Proximity to the grotto area was also very convenient.

The room is very good, a big space. The location is very good, very close to the sanctuary and city center. 15 minutes walking from Lourdes train station. Breakfast is very good also, with a few options for a perfect and efficient one. The staff was very helpful and attentive to the guests, we even had recommendations about the city. The restaurant's staff was also very pleasant. I went with my mother and my friend for the toussant's holiday, we stayed two nights.

All was excellent, including the location.
